Momentum Logistics is an extension of the well established port management company,
Gulftainer Company Ltd. Gulftainer was established in 1976 in the Emirate of Sharjah
in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is involved in the management and operation
of container terminals in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
The Company commenced operations in 1976 managing and operating container terminals
in Port Khalid and Khorfakkan. The Sharjah Container Terminal in Port Khalid was
the first purpose built and fully equipped modern Container Terminal in the Middle
East.
